Rebecca Lerner is co-director of the Center for Well Being in Pennsylvania and holds an Intermediate Junior III Iyengar certification. A devoted and seasoned teacher and practitioner since 1976, Rebecca brings keen insight, perception, and depth to her teaching in a simple, straightforward manner. She has studied three times in India with the Iyengars. Rebecca developed and teaches a yoga curriculum at the State College Friends School (K- 8), and is also a certified Bradley Birth Educator.
