Instructors and classes subject to change without notice Class DescriptionsLevel 1* ---------------- A 60 minute class great for those new to yoga, or in need of a very basic yoga routine. Emphasis is placed on increasing mobility in the shoulders, back, and legs. Back Care*-------------A 60 minute class focusing on postures beneficial for the back, and modifications for those with back MultiLevel------------- is a general level class, for those with 6 months of yoga experience. Intermediate---------- For experienced Iyengar students who can hold sirsassana for 5 minutes. Special Needs*-------- For those with limited mobility such as Parkinson’s, MS, Lymphedema, etc. Private Sessions*---- Available by appointment for those with therapeutic needs which cannot be addressed in a group class. Prenatal-----------------A class designed for expectant mothers. Pre-register at www.yogafairy.com Ropes-----------------Learn to use the wall ropes safely, and creatively to deepen your understanding of the postures and your body. Teachers Practice--practice session for Teachers and aspiring teachers. Serious Iyengar students only. Restorative-------------A class designed to promote deep relaxation.
